Upcoming webinar on Constitutional Amendment 3
On the ballot in the May 16 statewide election, voters will decide whether to make changes to a portion of the state constitution, which would directly affect TRSL. Constitutional Amendment 3 proposes to make a one-time payment to TRSL's unfunded accrued liability (UAL) as a way to fund permanent teacher and school support staff pay increases.
